Welcome to Frida’s Vintage. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Frida’s Vintage. By visiting our store and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under your credentials.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

Your order is an offer to purchase which we may accept or decline at our discretion. Payment must be processed before acceptance. Purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 5 - PICKUP AND DELIVERY

PLEASE NOTE: We currently operate exclusively through LOCAL PICKUP. We do not provide shipping services at this time.

All pickup times are estimates. Once you or your representative collects the products from our location at Hyskenstræde 3, 1207, Copenhagen, Denmark, the title and risk of loss passes to you. The customer is responsible for the transport of the goods from our premises.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content including logos, images, and text are owned by Frida’s Vintage and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Personal, non-commercial use only is permitted.

SECTION 7 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Frida’s Vintage is powered by Shopify. However, sales are made directly with us. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales, injury, or loss resulting from products.

SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
